Uncontested Docket

The uncontested docket for County Court at Law #4 cases will be held Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. prior to the regular docket, but subject to Judge McMaster’s availability. No prior scheduling is required for uncontested matters, but it is suggested you visit the Court’s website under “scheduling announcements” for notice of cancellation. if the uncontested docket has been canceled, there will be a statement saying there is “no uncontested docket this week”.

Anyone appearing on the uncontested docket should sign up in the courtroom on the uncontested docket sheet. You are required to sign up for the uncontested docket prior to 9:00 a.m. Any and all documents you want the Judge to consider should be left at the bench.

Any self-represented litigant should be prepared to follow all appropriate procedures and be available to testify without assistance from the Court. Any person not meeting these criteria will not be heard. All documents submitted for the Judge’s approval must be thoroughly completed, meaning no blanks.
