Become a Williamson County Parks Department Volunteer or Park Host. Being a volunteer is one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself and for the citizens of Williamson County. The Williamson County Parks Department (“Department”) manages, operates and maintains a system of public lands throughout the Williamson County. These public lands include green spaces, parks, trails and natural preserve lands. The Department has an abundance of opportunities for you to help assist with our important work. Volunteering with the Williamson County Parks Department provides the opportunity (through stewardship activities and outstanding public service) to leave a legacy for future generations to enjoy.
