Please note: e-file is worked during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with exceptions of holidays. If you have an emergency filing such as a TRO, Protective Order, etc. please contact the District Clerk's Office before presenting to court in order to ensure your emergency filing has been accepted and officially filed in the District Clerk's Office. E-file is processed within 24-48 hours. If a hearing is set and pleadings are filed for a set hearing, please be mindful of these timelines.
Civil/Family process (citations/issuance) can be picked up, emailed or (upon request) SoftCode by the Williamson County Constables, if applicable. Please make sure instructions for issuance is included in your request. For questions regarding citation issuance or for special urgent handling please contact the District Clerk's office at (512) 943-1212.
Civil Relating to Criminal Matters
For general inquiries regarding expunction files including verification of service, attorneys will need to email [email protected].Your email must include the cause number and the full name of the applicant.

Criminal Collections
Defendants who are required to make payment arrangements to satisfy a judgment on a conviction should contact the district clerk’s office at (512) 943-1212 during normal business hours.
Criminal Attorney Portal
Attorneys may access criminal cases that have been filed in the District Clerks Office by going to the attorney portal at: https://judicialrecords.wilco.org/securepa.
