Williamson County Offices Open Feb.3

Williamson County offices are open on Friday, Feb. 3.The Williamson County Landfill is open. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open. Several county parks and trails are closed due to downed trees and limbs. Please check the Parks page for updates. 

County Judge Bill Gravell has issued a disaster declaration for Williamson County due to the winter storm. View the declaration.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court extended the local disaster declaration through March 9. View the declaration. Governor Greg Abbott issued a disaster declaration which includes Williamson County. View the state declaration. Property owners are asked to report any winter storm damage here iSTAT Damage Surveys (texas.gov). Report power outages to your power provider. Precinct 2 Constable’s Office Closed Friday, Feb. 3

The Williamson County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office will be closed for business on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to shift realignment. The office will reopen for business at 8 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court approved changes to the law enforcement and corrections salary charts as a result of a salary study comparing Williamson County salaries to others in the area. The increases will take effect Feb. 3, 2023.
